Eurolux shall ensure continuing in supply of products/services to its valued customer/consumer and shall also ascertain that customer/consumer needs and expectations are clearly understood and used as input to further enhance satisfaction.
Aspect of geography
The demand in Mauritius and the region shall form the customer/consumer base but Eurolux will continue to strive to look for market in the African region.
Aspect of Technology
Eurolux shall continue to adopt world tried and tested standards and good practice using tools and technologies of innovation and current application.
Quality policy
Eurolux Co Ltd shall strive to manufacture and supply paints and related products for the construction industry that meets customer need and expectation, market specific legal requirements and applicable industry good practices.
We shall implement a quality management system based on ISO currently applicable standard and maintain its registration to ensure its continual improvement.
The quality steering committee shall establish quality objectives and review the status at least once a year.
This policy shall be communicated and understood by every personnel and is also subject to review for continual stability.
